What we say
One of Adams most exciting finds of 2016 from the roasting hot inland Portuguese vineyards. Fresh and round with a dry finish, a great food wine.
What they say
Fresh, with a smooth feel and a nice acidity. Partially fermented in French Oak barrels to give this white wine volume and a smooth mouth feel. Grapes from Monte dos Perdigões vineyards were carefully selected, having been crushed and fermented off skin in stainless steel vats and barrels and bottled after 3-months ageing.
