Paul Thomas Sancerre Blanc 37.5cl 2017
A vibrant, crisp, pleasing Sancerre with an appealing mix of tangy citrus and sweeter melon flavours followed by a long and focused finish.
What we say
With vibrant aromas of gooseberries, grass and minerals, this is a rich tasting wine with ripe fruit, a lively citrussy finish and complex mineral characters. This wine pairs well with fish, seafood (such as scallops) and, of course, classic Loire Valley goat’s cheese.
What they say
Light gold in colour, this is a complex wine with a mixture of floral and citrus aromas, with notes of white flowers and passion fruit on the palate.
