Michel Mulottes Blanc de Blanc 2010
100% Chardonnay gives this Champagne a lovely freshness and real finesse.
What we say
Golden in colour, this is delightfully fresh and crisp with fine, elegant bubbles. This vintage Champagne will age for a few years in the bottle too, thanks to the acidity of the Chardonnay. Complexity develops with age, and this wine is showing lovely nutty notes with hints of toast, still retaining striking acidity and citrus fruit. This is one to savour!
What they say
Blocking the malolactic fermentation produces a clean, fresh taste. The Chardonnay shines through in the sparkly golden colour, lemony aromas and a remarkable mineral taste on the palate. This Cuvee will accompany any sweet and sour cuisine from India, China or other eastern countries.

About the producer Champagne Jean Michel
Since 1847, our passion for wine has been passed down from generation to generation of the Michel family. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, a few kilometers from Epernay, in the commune of Moussy, there is 12 hectares of vines planted in Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These three varieties yield very distinct cuvées which are rich in a variety of distinct flavours.
