Cune Crianza Rioja 2016
Rioja showing a fruity side with smooth oak integration. This is a tasty number from a traditional winery using contemporary winemaking techniques.
Grenache, Mazuelo, Tempranillo
What we say
An iconic wine aged in American oak to achieve the perfect balance. The aromas of red berries, eucalyptus and pepper intertwine with hints of tobacco leaf. Fresh and complex on the palate – a great accompaniment to lamb and poultry dishes.
What they say
This wine is garnet in colour with violet notes. On the nose, it is surprisingly aromatic, which emphasises the red fruits and liquorice, which are balanced with the aromas from the American barrel. This reminds us of vanilla and cocoa with some caramel. It is smooth entry and finishes with fruits. It is a pleasant, fresh and perfect companion wine for all the dishes of the Mediterranean diet. Recommended service temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
