What we say
Blanc de blancs Champagnes have a certain elegance: refined acidity, freshness and long-lasting finish. They also have the ability to age gracefully, so don’t be afraid to keep this for a few years and enjoy its added complexity down the line. If you’re after the vibrant fruit character, then enjoy now with fresh fish or canapés as an aperitif.
What they say
The fine bubbles push through a beautiful yellow colour to fade in an elegant cordon. The nose is expressive and very generous. It offers a bunch of vanilla scents that progressively turn into brioche aromas. The creamy mousse gives elegancy and a fatty side to the mouth. A hint of mint reminds us the typical freshness of the Chardonnay and brings brioche notes, worthy of the Côte des Blancs best terroirs. Perfect by the aperitif, do not hesitate to open this prestigious cuvée to pair with a sweet/savory dish

About the producer Champagne Franck Bonville
Since the 1920s, the Bauchet family has cultivated their own vineyards, harvested their own grapes and produced their own champagne. Working from father to son, the four generations of artisan winemakers have worked their unique plots of land, that equate to a grand total of 34 hectares, with purpose and passion. Real estate in Champagne, the vastly broad and rich mosaic of vines spread over different Crus of the appellation, allowing the Chardonnay and Pinots Noirs to be high quality champagne which carry an authenticity and elegance that reflects the personality of their origin.
